Stanmore Engineering Company was started in 1985 at Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, India with an objective to manufacture world class Pumps and Motors. All products are designed by keeping four things in mind : Performance, Reliability, Quality and Efficiency. Stanmore Pumps is one among the few companies in India that have their own in-house foundry. The fully automated sand plant conveyor system along with induction furnace makes sure the castings are of 100 % quality.
The molten metal is analysed using a Spectrometer for correct chemical composition to make sure the castings are defect free. High quality pump castings are ensured by the laboratory that consists of Universal Testing Machine , Brinell Hardness Testing Machine , Impact Testing Machine and complete sand testing equipments .
All the Pump components are machined using latest CNC Machines to make sure the components are of high accuracy . The Motor Stampings and the Stainless Steel bodies for Openwell and Borewell Submersible Pumps are all manufactured inside the factory to make sure the pumps are of the highest quality standards. Each and every pump undergoes complete testing using computerised testing machines to make sure the pumps are defect free and long lasting.
Stanmore Engineering Company is an ISO certified company. The company has obtained ISI certification Licence from the Bureau of Indian Standards ( one of the highest quality Certification Government bodies in India ) .
